CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

Our team in Europe and China has a lot of experience in guiding construction processes. We've executed more than 100'000 m2 of general building floor area. We are familiar with local challenges in China, Germany, Switzerland and Luxembourg. In many cases our intercultural experience allows us to look at local issues with a widened perspective.

PARTICIPATORY PROCESSES

Our team has collaborated with numerous planning firms, consultants and construction management companies. Over the years we developed strategies in dealing with interprofessional and transcultural challenges. A great openness for understanding different ways of working combined with structured communication, allows us to work with and mediate between different cultures.

FOCUS ON BUILDABILITY

The basis for a successful construction process is a well coordinated and detailed construction design. Already from the beginning of a project our focus lies on the development of feasible construction solutions. This is the only way, how innovative construction projects can be realised within the time and cost framework.

DIGITAL PLANNING AND COMMUNICATION

All our projects are planned in digital 3d models. Complex projects are coordinated and managed with BIM (Building Information Modeling). Our internal digital project management and communication platform is something like our 4th studio. It allows global teamwork not only between our different studios but also with international clients and consultants. It replaces team internal email communication and streamlines complex construction processes.
